Salil is an accomplished, entrepreneurial and dynamic C-Suite Executive, Board Director and Advisor with proven track record of creating successful outcomes in complex and highly competitive business situations. He has diverse industry and cross functional experience with track record of leveraging innovation and collaborative spirit across multi-disciplinary teams with tenacious commitment to governance and to identify and seize scalable growth opportunities.

He is also a mentor to startups as part of his advisory role at an accelerator. His active participation in company boards and industry forums as independent director on board of ESSCI (Electronics Sector Skill Council of India), Independent director on board of Simpa Networks Inc., and as director and Hony. Treasurer of CEAMA (Consumer Electronics and Manufacturer’s association of India) has led to a deep network, leadership connect and learning across industries.

An alumnus of FMS (Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi), Salil Kapoor is an MBA and a Mechanical Engineer, he is an active runner and a yoga enthusiast.

Samir Ahluwalia
