Samsung has introduced its 2025 Bespoke AI appliance range in India, aiming to make home management more convenient through connected devices. The lineup includes AI-enabled refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, all designed around four core principles: Easy, Save, Care, and Secure. These appliances are supported by the AI Home touchscreen interface, Bixby voice assistant, SmartThings app, and Samsung Knox for device security.
The AI Home screen, available on select appliances, allows users to monitor and control devices, check energy and water usage, and manage household tasks. Bixby has been updated to support natural voice commands and recognize individual users through Voice ID, offering more personalized responses.
The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo combines washing and drying in one unit and adjusts its settings based on fabric type and dirt levels. The AI Refrigerator can recognize food items, track expiry dates, and suggest recipes. It also has a built-in display that acts as a control center for connected appliances. The AI air conditioner adapts cooling based on user habits and room conditions.
Energy efficiency features include AI Energy Mode and SmartThings Energy, which help users manage electricity use. The appliances also provide alerts for maintenance needs and unusual home activity, such as inactivity or leaks.
Accessibility has been considered through features like auto-opening doors, voice alerts, screen readers, and larger fonts, making the devices easier to use for individuals with mobility or visual challenges. The range is intended to support more connected, efficient, and secure home living.
