Meta is making it easier for businesses to manage their marketing across WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram by bringing everything into Ads Manager. Businesses can now use the same tools, budgets and creative content for campaigns across all three platforms. They can upload subscriber lists and either pick where to show their messages or let Meta’s AI handle placement and budget automatically. Soon, businesses will also be able to create WhatsApp Status ads directly through Ads Manager.
To help with customer communication, Meta is working on a Business AI that can offer product suggestions, help with purchases on websites and follow up with customers through WhatsApp chats. This AI feature is already being tested and will be rolled out to more businesses in Mexico.
Meta is also adding new voice and video options for businesses on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Larger companies will be able to receive or make calls when customers want to talk directly. Voice messages and video calls will also be supported, which could be useful in services like online healthcare. These updates aim to make support more flexible and set the stage for future voice-based AI help.
