Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa (PMMAF) was named Best Brand in Customer Experience at the Oman CX Forum 2025. The award highlights Panasonic’s approach to customer engagement, personalization and efforts to improve both digital and in-person service.
The forum was held recently in Muscat and brought together more than 200 professionals and business leaders to discuss trends in customer experience and digital service. Organized by Muscat Media Group and presented by Infoline, the event included discussions on customer-focused strategies and recent developments in the field. The awards ceremony featured 25 categories, with winners selected through nationwide consumer voting. Panasonic received the Best Brand in Customer Experience award as part of this process.
