Samsung India has launched Skill Fest 2025 a national platform aimed at enhancing the skills of its Service Engineers and Customer Care Officers (CCOs). With over 3,500 nominations from across the country, the initiative highlights Samsung’s focus on strengthening customer service by investing in the people who directly support it.

Skill Fest goes beyond just being a competition. It encourages learning and growth by helping participants improve their technical knowledge, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities. Engineers and CCOs are assessed not only on repairs but also on how they communicate with customers and suggest service process improvements.

The event is structured in three levels. The first stage includes an online quiz to test basic service and product knowledge. The second round focuses on hands-on repair tasks and customer interaction. The final round takes place at Samsung’s Regional Service Academies, where top performers demonstrate their skills in front of expert judges.

Participants are also evaluated on creativity, grooming, and communication, with bonus points for originality. Samsung says the event is part of a broader effort to promote a culture of ownership and professionalism among staff. By developing its workforce, Samsung aims to improve customer experiences across the country.
