Philips is looking for a Content Lead to shape and lead its content strategy for the PH Growth Region. This role will drive impactful storytelling, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all media and digital platforms.
Role Overview
The Content Lead will design and execute the company’s overall content strategy in line with its mission and goals. The person will lead the content management team and oversee campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels. The role also includes guiding PR and influencer marketing activities and promoting a digital-first mindset across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a strong content strategy that supports company goals
- Oversee campaigns across all channels to ensure alignment across global and regional teams
- Manage PR and influencer marketing strategies and build strong media relationships
- Lead content planning and execution for owned social platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content that fits brand standards
- Set clear campaign measurement frameworks and analyze performance data for improvement
- Partner with marketing intelligence and media teams to optimize strategies and media effectiveness
- Encourage collaboration and best practice sharing across the marketing and PR community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Background in FMCG, D2C, or consumer electronics preferred
- Strong understanding of platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok and their commerce tools
- Proven skills in storytelling and campaign development
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or Marketo
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for personal care, healthcare, and emerging digital trends
Work Setup
- Hybrid (Office-based): Minimum three days a week in the office
- Onsite roles: Full-time at company facilities
- Field roles: Based at customer or supplier locations when needed
