From October 10 to 12, Paris hosted a series of activities around the Vredestein 20km de Paris, where Samsung presented its latest wearable technologies through interactive experiences focused on health, fitness, and lifestyle.

As part of the weekend, Samsung organized multiple pop-up events, including a Street League Skateboarding (SLS) competition and a Health Immersion Session, both designed to highlight practical applications of Galaxy wearables in everyday performance, recovery, and well-being.

Health Immersion Session
During the Health Immersion Session, global experts discussed various aspects of physical and mental wellness and demonstrated how technology can support a balanced lifestyle.

  • Dr. Julie Smith, clinical psychologist and author, spoke about the role of guided meditation in improving mindfulness and emotional balance.
  • Dr. Dong-seon Chang, brain scientist, shared insights into how sleep and physical activity influence brain health and stress resilience.
  • Nisha Melvani, registered dietitian and nutritionist, emphasized the importance of maintaining nutritional balance for overall health.

RunnerzZz Program and 20km Race
Samsung’s RunnerzZz Program brought together participants from seven countries to explore the connection between better sleep and improved running performance. Runners used the Galaxy Watch8 during pre-race sessions and throughout the 20km race, sharing their experiences on social platforms to encourage healthier routines.

Following the race, participants gathered at the Samsung Health Victory Selfie Zone, where they could unwind and capture moments from the event.

Street League Skateboarding Engagement
At the SLS competition, visitors interacted with Samsung’s booth, which featured audio-visual experiences linking wearable technology with skateboarding culture. Attendees also used the Galaxy Z Flip7’s FlexCam to take selfies, engaging with the brand’s focus on creativity and connection.

The three-day initiative combined fitness, wellness, and culture, underscoring the growing role of wearable technologies in supporting active and connected lifestyles.
