Samsung India is hiring a Market Communication Head to lead end to end marketing communications for its Consumer Electronics business in India. This role focuses on digital first brand building, integrated campaigns and strong ROI driven execution across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 360 degree marketing communication across ATL BTL Digital PR Influencers CRM and Retail
- Own the marketing budget and drive strong ROI across media and marketing mix
- Build a premium and differentiated brand with a digital first approach
- Localize global brand strategy for the Indian market
- Lead national launches festive campaigns and category bursts
- Drive consumer insights through research analytics and social listening
- Partner with Retail Marketing to improve in store visibility and impact
- Lead influencer PR CRM and community driven advocacy programs
- Explore new growth levers including AI powered marketing and emerging channels
- Manage media creative digital and PR agencies
- Lead and develop a high performing marketing communications team
Required Qualifications:
- 14 to 18+ years of experience in marketing communications
- Experience in consumer durables electronics FMCG or digital first brands
- Strong leadership experience across digital and mass media campaigns
- Deep understanding of Indian consumers festive cycles and regional markets
- Proven ability to manage agencies and senior stakeholders
