Abhijit Arneja has taken on the role of Vice President CRM and CX JioHotstar at JioStar after leading India Operations for CRM and CX over the past year. He has almost ten years of experience across Viacom18 Media Private Limited, JioCinema, Voot and Disney+ Hotstar. He has helped build and scale key CRM and CX systems in the OTT space. He set up Viacom18’s first CRM function and managed high volume CX operations during major events like IPL and ICC tournaments. His work has focused on real time customer experience, escalation handling and product collaboration driven by insights.
In this new role he will lead end to end CRM and CX strategy for JioStar JioHotstar. He brings deep knowledge of multi channel consumer interaction, CX governance, product and tech alignment and large team leadership. His earlier experience at Disney Star, JPMorganChase, RBS, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ICICI OneSource adds to his operational discipline and consumer focused mindset. He moves into this responsibility with a record of scaling CX frameworks for fast growing digital platforms.
