AccessOn Internet has partnered with Nokia to deploy its AI-native Altiplano platform and fiber solutions for a new 10G fiber and Wi-Fi 7 network in North Carolina. The platform will help connect thousands of homes with high-speed internet while improving operational efficiency. Altiplano uses AI-driven automation to speed up customer onboarding, resolve network issues faster, and ensure consistent service quality.

The platform integrates with 15 leading OSS/BSS vendors through Nokia’s Connected Partner Program, making it flexible for future expansion. By working with certified partner Sonar, AccessOn can also reduce deployment time and streamline subscriber activation.

Altiplano currently manages over 20 million broadband lines worldwide and supports advanced analytics through its open API framework. Its AI capabilities allow the system to predict problems, analyze network usage, and assist human operators in real time. With support for large language models and AI agents, Altiplano enables natural language interaction and intelligent automation, turning complex network management into a more efficient and data-informed process.
