Acer and Stanford Athletics announce multi-year partnership

Acer has entered into a long-term partnership with Stanford Athletics to collaborate on a range of initiatives focused on education, sports, leadership and community development. The partnership brings together Acer’s focus on innovation and sustainability with Stanford’s track record in collegiate athletics and youth engagement.

The collaboration will include sponsorship, mentorship programmes, community events and campaigns that connect technology with sports and education. One of the key initiatives is a youth camp called “Building Your Leadership Journey”, organized with the Stanford Women’s Golf team to help young athletes build leadership skills.

Acer will also sponsor Stanford Football’s game against San Jose State on 27 September 2025, which takes place during Cardinal Kids Day, a family-focused event.

Stanford Athletics is known for its success in U.S. college sports, with over 170 national titles and 335 Olympic medals to date. Acer known for its presence in the education technology space, sees the partnership as a way to support youth leadership and sustainability.
