Lenovo Group Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Midha as a non-executive director of the company. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Alat, and he will join a group of twelve other directors serving on Lenovo’s board.

His insights will help strengthen our efforts in the Kingdom, aligning with our vision to deliver smarter technology for all, everywhere,” said Yuanqing Yang, Lenovo Chairman and CEO.
Lenovo’s collaboration with Alat represents a key step in Lenovo’s global manufacturing expansion and further expands the Group’s opportunity to capture growth opportunities in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.This collaboration creates job opportunities in the MEA region and positions the future of the region as a center of innovation.

Prior to joining Alat in February 2023, Amit Midha was responsible for Dell’s growth in Asia Pacific and Japan. In his last role at Dell, he served as the President of Asia Pacific and Japan, and as the Executive Vice President of Global Digital Cities where he focused on digital city initiatives for public-sector entities around the world.
