ASUS Republic of Gamers has introduced the ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 5090, a special 30th anniversary edition graphics card built for high gaming performance and advanced cooling. When paired with an Advanced BTF motherboard and a 12V-2×6 power supply, the card can draw up to 800 watts and deliver up to a 10% performance gain.

The design focuses on efficient heat management. It uses a quad-fan airflow system, a copper vapor chamber, liquid metal on the GPU die and select copper heatsink fins. This combination helps lower GPU temperatures and supports stable high-clock performance. A three-ounce copper PCB layer reduces voltage drops and improves cooling for power components.

For extreme users, the card includes Memory Defroster which activates around 0°C to help prevent VRAM freezing during liquid nitrogen overclocking.

The GPU also works with ASUS GPU Tweak III software which offers detailed monitoring, tuning controls and alerts for issues like card sag or power supply problems. The ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 5090 blends long standing ROG design features with updated engineering for demanding gaming and overclocking use.
