ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) hosted its Unlock the ROG Lab event in Cologne during Gamescom 2025, showcasing a wide range of new gaming products. The highlight was the launch of the limited-edition ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 5090 released to celebrate three decades of ASUS graphics card development. Built on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, the GPU supports DLSS 4, NVIDIA Studio tools and NIM microservices enabling high performance gaming, creative workflows and AI-driven applications.
Alongside the graphics card ASUS introduced next-generation Tandem OLED monitor solutions, a new PC controller, motherboards, routers, coolers and the 2025 ROG NUC.
Executives from both ASUS and NVIDIA highlighted the long-standing partnership between the two companies, noting their shared role in advancing PC graphics and gaming over the past 30 years. The event emphasized ASUS’s ongoing focus on design, innovation, and user-centered development.
