Barco has expanded its strategic ClickShare partnerships with Sennheiser, Logitech, and Huddly to develop certified meeting room system bundles built around the ClickShare Hub, introduced in June 2025. This move strengthens Barco’s shift from a BYOD-focused portfolio toward integrated room systems suitable for various meeting spaces, from huddle rooms to larger conference environments.
The ClickShare Hub is Barco’s first dedicated room system device, created on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), which supports future certification and provides a standardized foundation for room technology integration. To support this transition, Barco is collaborating closely with trusted partners known for their expertise in audio and video solutions.
Sennheiser brings audio capabilities through video bars featuring Dante connectivity, enabling streamlined installation and flexible audio distribution. Logitech contributes reliable meeting room peripherals designed for easy deployment and scaling across different environments. Huddly adds AI-driven audio-video technology with modular and expandable hardware suitable for rooms of varying sizes.
Barco states that these partnerships are integral to developing a cohesive and interoperable ecosystem that supports certified, adaptable meeting room deployments. The collaboration aims to deliver unified, high-performance room solutions built around the ClickShare experience.
