BenQ, a global brand known for its display solutions such as gaming monitors, projectors, and interactive education displays, is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on managing influencer and media relations, creating marketing campaigns and strengthening brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Plan and run content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Manage the social media calendar to keep campaigns consistent.
- Track and analyze performance using KPIs and prepare reports.
- Build online communities by engaging with audiences.
- Stay updated on new social media tools and trends.
Influencer and Media Relations
- Build partnerships with influencers and media outlets, especially in gaming and tech.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote BenQ products.
Campaigns and Branding
- Develop and manage campaigns that deliver clear brand messaging.
- Work with creative teams to produce engaging content.
Events
- Organize and manage events such as gaming expos, tech shows, and community meetups.
- Handle event logistics, partnerships, and promotions.
Data and Reporting
- Track performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, ROI).
- Use tools like Google Analytics 4 to measure and improve results.
- Share insights and recommendations to optimize future activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in marketing communications, with skills in media/influencer management, campaigns, and events. Experience in gaming is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong in data analysis, reporting, communication, and organization. Familiar with GA4, HubSpot, Google Search Console, and project management tools.
- Qualities: Strategic thinker, team player, detail-oriented and interested in gaming and consumer tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
