Bosch Limited has reported a 10.9% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations for the first quarter of FY 2025-26, reaching ₹4,789 crore. This growth was mainly driven by strong demand in the off-highway and passenger car segments.
Profit before tax excluding exceptional items, stood at ₹838 crore or 17.5% of total revenue a 37.2% rise compared to the same quarter last year. This was supported by a better product mix and lower material costs. Including exceptional items, profit before tax rose to ₹1,394 crore. The exceptional gain includes ₹556 crore from the sale of Bosch’s “Video solutions, Access and Intrusions and Communication systems” business.
Profit after tax, including exceptional items, came in at ₹1,115 crore, accounting for 23.3% of the total revenue.
Automotive product sales rose 14.3%, with Power Solutions the largest segment up 13.7%. The Mobility Aftermarket business grew 5.2%, while the Beyond Mobility segment saw a 9.3% decline due to the completed business sale.
