The CMF Watch 3 Pro has been officially launched. It comes in three colors: dark grey, light grey and orange. All three have the same height and width but differ slightly in thickness and weight. The watch uses a metal body and a soft liquid silicone strap, which can be removed and replaced if needed.

It features a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen made of glass, with sharp resolution and decent brightness up to 670 nits. The watch supports over 120 watch faces, including animated and interactive ones, so users can choose the look they prefer. The screen refreshes at 60 frames per second, giving smooth visuals.

For fitness and health tracking, it supports 131 types of workouts. It also automatically detects some activities. The watch tracks heart rate all day, along with blood oxygen levels, sleep, stress, calories burned, step count and distance. Other helpful features include reminders for drinking water and standing up, along with support for women’s health tracking.

The battery is 350 mAh. Depending on how it’s used, the battery can last from 4.5 days with always-on display to up to 60 days in power-saving mode. It supports Bluetooth calling and GPS navigation. The built-in GPS supports several satellite systems including dual-band L1 and L5.

It includes many everyday tools such as a timer, alarm, stopwatch, calculator and weather updates. It also lets users control music, manage calls and view notifications. The watch connects using Bluetooth 5.3 and works with Android (version 6.0 and above) and iOS (version 13 and above). It can be set up using the Nothing X app.
