Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and sales strategies to support growth and profitability
- Lead go-to-market planning across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Guide product innovation with insights on consumer trends and competition
- Manage P&L, track performance, and adjust plans based on market data
- Collaborate with sales teams to build partner programs and strengthen trade relationships
- Evaluate marketing campaign ROI and maintain brand consistency across all channels
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2-3 years in premium consumer brands
- Strong background in product development, portfolio planning, and kitchen appliance category management
- Good understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and financial planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
