The role focuses on scaling the category through strategic marketing, product innovation, and strong collaboration with sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Guide product innovation and provide consumer insights
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and PR channels
- Evaluate financial performance and adjust plans to meet objectives
- Build strong channel relationships and partner marketing programs
- Promote a culture of customer centricity and accountability
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 5–10 years of product marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in premium consumer brands
- Experience in category development and product portfolio planning in kitchen appliances
- Strong grasp of consumer insights, brand strategy, and financial understanding
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
