Crompton has received the National Energy Conservation Award 2025 in the Appliance of the Year category. The award was presented by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu and recognizes Crompton’s work in energy efficient product development.
The recognition was awarded for Crompton’s BEE five star rated storage water heater. The product was evaluated for its energy performance and its ability to reduce power consumption while meeting everyday household needs. The award places the product among appliances that support national energy conservation goals and responsible electricity use.
The National Energy Conservation Award is presented to organizations that contribute to improved energy efficiency through product design, engineering practices and manufacturing standards.
