CuzorLabs is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer – Hardware with strong experience in testing and validating power electronics systems. The person will focus on ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety of hardware products through detailed testing and automation.

The team aims to design world-class products for Indian consumers and collaborate with top global technology partners.

Job Summary
The engineer will test and validate power electronics hardware like UPS systems, chargers, and smart power devices. The role includes automating tests, building validation tools, and ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards before launch.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for power electronics products
  • Perform functional, performance, and stress tests on prototypes and production models
  • Create automation frameworks using Python for regression and system testing
  • Automate data collection and analysis for power, temperature, and battery performance
  • Test firmware and hardware integration for real-world fault scenarios
  • Check compliance for safety, EMI/EMC, and surge protection
  • Manage test equipment, automation setups, and calibration
  • Record issues, work with engineers to debug, and ensure final fixes
  • Confirm all products meet quality and certification standards before release

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
  • Around 4+ years of experience in hardware testing for power electronics
  • Skilled in using tools like oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and multimeters
  • Good understanding of power electronics, switching devices, and circuit design
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages such as Python
  • Familiar with Jira and other testing management tools
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in power electronics
