Damini Chaudhari Appointed as Vice President – Services, Greater India at Schneider Electric

Damini Chaudhari has been appointed as Vice President – Services, Greater India at Schneider Electric. In this role, she will lead the Services business across the region, focusing on growth, improving customer experiences and enhancing operational performance.

Damini has over 18 years of experience in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, sales, and CSR. She has previously held leadership roles at Schneider Electric and Citigroup, managing complex transactions, partnerships and business transformations.

Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as M&A Director, Damini has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Head of GREENext, a joint venture with Temasek. Most recently, she was Vice President – Strategy & M&A, Innovation & Start-ups, Greater India. In her new role, she will focus on building a future-ready services organization with emphasis on sustainability, digital transformation, and creating customer value.
