Dell Recognised as Leader in GigaOm Primary Storage Radar

Dell Technologies has been named a Leader in the GigaOm Radar for Primary Storage in the 2026 report published. The assessment highlights Dell’s storage portfolio across performance scalability automation and cyber resilience.

The GigaOm Primary Storage Radar evaluates platforms used by organizations of all sizes with a focus on real world scalability and operational needs. Dell was recognised for its broad portfolio that supports diverse workloads and modern IT environments without product limitations.

Key platforms highlighted include PowerStore for workload consolidation, PowerMax for mission critical applications, PowerFlex for software defined scale out infrastructure, PowerScale for unstructured data and analytics and ObjectScale for S3 compatible object storage. Together these platforms support data intensive use cases including AI analytics and large scale data processing.

The report also notes Dell’s focus on simplifying operations through automation and AIOps along with built in cyber resiliency features such as immutable snapshots rapid recovery and anomaly detection. These capabilities aim to help organizations manage complexity protect data and prepare infrastructure for future growth.
