Asper.ai has announced the appointment of Dipti Manchanda as the new Head of People and Culture.
Deepti holds over 17 years of experience across HR strategy, culture transformation, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. In her new role, she will lead people operations, drive culture-building initiatives, and strengthen talent practices.
Known for her people-centric mindset and strategic HR leadership, Dipti will play a pivotal role in scaling teams, enhancing employee experience, and shaping a high-performance work culture.
Before joining Asper.ai, Dipti held senior leadership roles at VerSe Innovation, MEDGENOME, SUN Mobility, Snapdeal, Fareportal, IGT Solutions, and Serco. She has also partnered with large and diverse business units, led HR transformations, built onboarding programs, improved retention metrics, and managed complex HR frameworks across digital, mobility, e-commerce, and tech-driven environments. She holds expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
