Dixon Technologies is looking for a Manager – Quality to join its team in Chennai (Sholavaram). Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical (preferred) and 10+ years of experience in Process Quality Engineering (EMS/Electronics) are encouraged to apply.
The role involves creating and improving quality strategies, policies and processes to ensure compliance and smooth operations. You will lead initiatives that build a culture of continuous improvement, making sure all systems and procedures meet ISO, customer and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities also include handling customer complaints and warranty issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures. You will be managing internal and process audits, closing NC/CAPA and working with suppliers to reduce non-conforming materials.
