DJI has introduced the Osmo 360, its first 360-degree camera, aimed at creators looking for high-quality visuals and flexible features. It’s the first 360 camera to offer native 8K video at 50 frames per second and continuous recording at 8K/30fps for up to 100 minutes. It uses a 1-inch square HDR sensor designed for 360° capture, allowing better image quality and power efficiency.
The camera’s large 2.4μm pixels and f/1.9 aperture improve low-light performance and dynamic range. Features like HorizonSteady, gesture and voice controls, invisible selfie stick, and 4x slow motion give users more creative options. The Osmo 360 also works as an action camera in single-lens mode, recording in up to 5K/60fps or 4K/120fps with a wide field of view.
Weighing 183g, it includes 105GB internal storage and can operate in extreme cold. Battery life can be extended using the optional Battery Extension Rod. The camera is compatible with Osmo Action series accessories and includes a direct connection option for DJI microphones.
