Dolby Laboratories is hiring an Account Manager for its OEM Sales team in India. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through the adoption of Dolby’s audio and imaging technologies by key consumer electronics and automotive partners such as Tata Motors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales revenue from key OEM accounts in consumer electronics and automotive sectors
- Build strong relationships with customers, develop account plans, and manage the sales pipeline
- Work with Dolby’s technical teams to support implementation, testing, and deployment of Dolby-enabled devices
- Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to support business goals
- Represent Dolby at industry events and promote Dolby’s value proposition to partners
Experience and Skills
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a multinational company
- Background in Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network in the Indian consumer electronics and automotive industry
- Experience with technology or IP-based companies is an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proactive and flexible approach
