Electrolux Group is hiring an HR Business Partner to deliver end-to-end HR support across people planning, capability building, organizational development, employee relations, and change management. The role focuses on partnering with leaders, improving people processes, managing local compliance and driving engagement and performance across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local change and improvement initiatives aligned with global programs
- Support leaders with people insights, workforce planning and organizational development
- Deploy capability-building plans and partner with Talent teams on skill development
- Advise leaders on team effectiveness and employee engagement
- Execute compensation strategy and guide managers on pay and performance decisions
- Provide people advisory on complex HR matters and region-specific issues
- Implement global HR programs locally, including D&I and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support investigations
- Guide leaders on performance improvement plans and talent processes
- Use analytics to track HR metrics and recommend improvements
Requirements
- MBA with 8-10 years of HR experience in an MNC environment
- Strong generalist experience across multiple HR functions
- Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience influencing leaders in matrix environments
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage change and shifting priorities
