Flipkart has appointed Yogita Shanbhag as Vice President Human Resources as the company strengthens its leadership team ahead of a potential public listing.
She will lead HR for Flipkart’s OneTech business unit which supports the company’s technology and innovation roadmap. In this role she will focus on workforce planning, organisational design and leadership development for the tech function.
Yogita brings over two decades of HR experience. She has held senior roles at Juniper Networks and Wipro. Most recently she led talent strategy and organisational transformation at Juniper Networks India and helped scale it into the company’s largest global centre. Her experience includes talent strategy, organisational design and AI led employee engagement.
