G R Arun Kumar joins JioStar as CFO

G R Arun Kumar has joined JioStar as Chief Financial Officer. He brings nearly three decades of experience in finance leadership across global companies and large Indian groups. At JioStar he will lead finance and commercial functions and work closely with the board and senior leadership. His focus will be on supporting growth plans, improving profitability and building long term financial strength as the company follows a digital first strategy.

Earlier he served as Group CFO and Head of Strategy at Welspun World where he handled finance, planning, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and investor relations. His career also includes leadership roles at Unilever, Vedanta Group, GE and Ola across India and overseas markets. This broad experience supports his role in linking financial strategy with business change at JioStar.
