Girish Sawaiker has been appointed Managing Director of Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) for Vietnam and Japan. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he will oversee strategy, operations, and business growth while strengthening collaboration between BGSW Vietnam and Japan. His appointment highlights Bosch’s focus on leadership continuity and innovation across global markets.
With more than 24 years at Bosch Global Software Technologies, Girish has extensive experience in engineering, product development, and management. Before this role, he served as Vice President at BGSW Bengaluru, leading the Product Engineering vertical that included electronics, mechanical engineering, user experience, and industrialization. His leadership combines strong technical expertise with a people-first approach and a commitment to innovation.
Before joining Bosch, Girish began his career at Tata Infotech, where he worked on software and electronics development for Unisys document processors.
