Google has launched a new subscription tier in India called Google AI Plus, expanding its range of individual plans. The new tier sits below the existing AI Pro and AI Ultra plans and provides access to tools powered by the Gemini 3 Pro model. AI Plus also offers Nano Banana Pro for text-based image generation and editing, along with 200 monthly AI credits for content and video creation on the Flow and Whisk apps.
The plan is priced at ₹199 per month for the first six months and will later cost ₹399 per month. Subscribers receive higher usage limits for features such as Deep Research and access to NotebookLM’s Audio Overviews tool, in addition to research and writing assistance. The plan also integrates Gemini’s AI tools into Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Vids.
AI Plus includes 200GB of cloud storage across Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail, compared to the 15GB provided on the free tier. Paid users also receive broader access to Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 3 Pro.
