Haier Group has launched the seventh edition of its Global Fans Festival for 2026 under the theme Champion Your Haier Life. The initiative began with an opening event in Liverpool and builds on a program that started in 2019 as a social media campaign before expanding into large scale global fan engagement activities.
The 2026 edition places sports at the center of fan interaction and community building. Haier plans to host more than 100 Fans Cup events across over 20 countries and regions throughout the year. These include cities such as Melbourne Shanghai Paris and Berlin. The activities combine live sports experiences interactive exhibitions and smart lifestyle showcases designed to connect users with Haier’s technology in everyday contexts.
A recent five day pop up event in Kuala Lumpur highlighted this approach through match screenings hands on sports activities and demonstrations of connected home solutions. According to Haier the updated festival format aims to strengthen emotional connections with users by blending online and offline engagement while encouraging participation in product and service co creation.
The company stated that the 2026 Global Fans Festival will continue expanding geographically while using sports as a platform to bring together technology community and shared experiences across global markets.
