HARMAN India is hiring a Sales Operations Head to lead offline sales operations for the Consumer Lifestyle division. This role focuses on strategic planning demand forecasting distributor performance and strong ROI delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual sales operations strategy and planning
- Drive demand planning and inventory forecasting
- Improve sales analysis forecast accuracy and margins
- Own annual sales budgets reporting and audits
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly trade schemes
- Drive growth with National Distributors with healthy ROI
- Lead monthly sales planning with distributors
- Oversee DMS implementation and compliance
- Ensure adherence to policies standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- 15 to 20+ years of experience in sales operations sales or business development
- Strong experience in consumer products or electronics sectors
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Word and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic and operational execution capability
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear actions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required MBA preferred
- Experience in sales and distribution across multiple markets
- Proven ability to build long term customer relationships
- Experience negotiating complex business agreements
- Strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams
