HARMAN, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, has been named Connected Car Solution Provider of the Year for the third time by the 2025 AutoTech Breakthrough Awards. The recognition highlights HARMAN’s contribution to vehicle connectivity through its Ready Connect platform, which integrates 4G, 5G, and satellite communication to ensure continuous access to critical services like navigation, emergency assistance, and roadside support.

Ready Connect enables vehicles to stay connected even in remote areas by merging different network technologies for stable, low-latency communication. Developed in partnership with Skylo and Qualcomm Technologies, the system supports entertainment and safety features beyond cellular coverage. Its modular design also allows automakers to upgrade hardware and software easily, reducing costs and improving time-to-market.

This award reflects HARMAN’s role in advancing connected vehicle technology, helping automakers deliver reliable and adaptable connectivity solutions. The company’s innovations aim to enhance driver safety, convenience, and access to information across diverse environments.
