Havells India has promoted Preemita Singh to the role of President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Over the past two years at Havells, Preemita has led and spearheaded the company’s HR team strategically to deliver on business needs through a focus on meritocracy.
She previously served as Executive Vice President and CHRO at the company, where she played a key role in shaping the people strategy and strengthening the employer brand.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse sectors, Preemita brings a deep understanding of talent development, culture transformation, and strategic workforce planning. Before joining Havells, she held key leadership roles at Hero FinCorp, ICRA, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, and RBS. Her journey also includes stints at CSC, EY, and Thermax Limited.
Preemita is expected to further drive Havells’ talent agenda, employee experience, and leadership capability in alignment with the company’s long-term growth.
