Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IFB products at assigned IFB Points.
- Ensure primary revenues align with secondary sales volumes against budgeted targets.
- Guarantee availability of stock for sales and demonstration purposes.
- Oversee product placement and sales at key accounts in accordance with budgetary goals.
- Train and monitor the performance of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) as per company standards at key accounts.
- Plan visits IFB Points to promote IFB products effectively.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Continuously reach out to existing and potential customers to resolve complaints related to sales and service.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and assess profitability.
- Determine pricing schedules and discount rates.
Preferred Background : Candidates with experience ONLY in Consumer Durable and appliance companies such as LG, Samsung, Kent RO, Livpure, and Voltas will be given preference.
