iPlanet is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and operations across multiple Apple retail stores in the assigned region. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving revenue strengthening store performance and delivering a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets across stores
- Oversee store operations including inventory merchandising and compliance
- Drive high customer experience standards and resolve escalations
- Lead coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams
- Manage regional budgets cost control and profitability
- Track market trends competition and consumer behavior
- Work closely with central teams across marketing finance product and HR
Ideal Profile
- 15–25 years experience in retail management with multi-store leadership exposure
- Strong background in consumer electronics or premium retail
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational excellence
- Data-driven decision making and strong people leadership skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
