Position: President – North Region (Sales)
Location: UK (preferred) / candidates in the North Region may also be considered
Reports to: President, Global Sales
About the Role:
The Regional President for the North will lead sales performance and operations across UK & Ireland and the Nordic countries. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, staffing, and strategic partnerships. The position is part of the global sales leadership team and directly reports to the Global President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Targets: Deliver revenue and gross margin goals, grow market share, and track KPIs.
- General Management: Lead the region with P&L responsibility, including managing operating expenses and staffing levels.
- Partnerships: Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Leadership: Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Sales & Negotiations: Oversee pricing, contracts, and agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Product Performance: Own go-to-market (GTM) planning for audio and video product launches in the region.
- Governance: Ensure alignment with global reporting standards, analytics, CRM use, and planning with marketing.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading a multi-level sales organization or regional sales team.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining strategic partnerships.
- Experience in audio/video and distribution industries preferred.
- Strong general management profile with channel, alliances, and online marketplace expertise.
- Skilled in negotiations, data-driven decision-making, and leadership.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the region.
