Developed and managed entirely by Katzion, the platform allows customers to book test drives, purchase vehicles, explore financing options, and interact with the brand through one integrated digital system. It supports both online and showroom interactions, creating a seamless omnichannel experience that reflects Audi’s focus on innovation and customer-centric design.
The solution also features Agentforce Marketing automation and MuleSoft integrations with dealer management systems and third-party platforms.
