LG Display is participating in K-Display 2025, held at COEX in Seoul from August 7. The company is showcasing a range of display technologies across large, medium and small formats, including solutions for vehicles.

At the event, LG Display is presenting its OLED technology developments under the theme “Shaping the Future.” Visitors can explore an experience zone featuring its latest innovations, along with a historical display tracing OLED progress from the 15-inch prototype in 2009 to its latest fourth-generation OLED panel.

The fourth-generation 83-inch OLED panel, newly unveiled this year, features a Primary RGB Tandem structure which stacks red, green and blue light layers separately. This technology reaches up to 4,000 nits of brightness. LG Display is also comparing this with previous generations to show improvements in depth and color.

Other highlights include a 540Hz 27-inch OLED monitor with adaptive refresh rates and a 45-inch 5K2K OLED gaming panel. In automotive displays, LG Display is exhibiting a 57-inch Pillar-to-Pillar LCD, foldable and slidable panels, and privacy screen technology. The booth also includes a jog dial with a stretchable display and compact, power-efficient panels designed for AI-focused use.
