LG Electronics is growing its presence in the global digital signage market, especially in sports and entertainment venues. The company will provide 1,700 square meters of LED signage for the new Roig Arena in Valencia, Spain set to open in September as the country’s largest indoor stadium with 20,000 seats. Inside the stadium, LG will install a wide range of displays including a central scoreboard, a massive 76-meter-wide screen, and ribbon boards to create an immersive fan experience.
LG has installed signage in around 200 countries, including top European football club’s stadiums like Atlético Madrid, Real Sociedad, Manchester City and Wembley Stadium. In the U.S., LG has provided signage for Fenway Park and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Its high-quality visuals and cloud-based management tools are helping LG become the top choice for sports venues worldwide.
“The global signage market is increasingly recognizing LG’s ability to deliver total solutions that enhance the B2B customer experience,” said Ki Mun Paik, head of Information Display Business at the LG Media Entertainment Solution Company. “We remain committed to delivering differentiated display solutions that elevate live experiences across a broad spectrum of industries, with sports being a key focus.”
