Lutron Electronics is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with product queries orders and issue resolution. The role focuses on delivering a smooth customer experience and acting as a key link between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone email and chat
- Provide support from product selection to issue resolution
- Troubleshoot technical and service related issues
- Manage orders returns and delivery related requests
- Use CRM tools to track and update customer interactions
- Handle escalations and ensure timely solutions
- Build strong knowledge of products and services
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to processes
- Support and train channel partners when required
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree preferably BTech or BSc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or operations
- Experience in order management or order to cash processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital systems
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle customer queries in a fast paced environment
