Mantra Softech is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Smart Home IoT product line. The person in this role will manage the strategy, design, and delivery of smart devices like locks, doorbells, sensors, and automation hubs that connect seamlessly through cloud and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for smart home devices.
• Plan and prioritize features for home security, energy control, and user convenience.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept and prototype to launch and improvement.
• Ensure smooth integration of hardware, firmware, and app experiences.
• Develop devices that work across platforms using Matter, Zigbee, BLE, Thread, and Wi-Fi.
• Enable compatibility with Alexa, Google, and Siri voice assistants.
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to refine the product experience.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams for high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management with at least 2 years in IoT or consumer electronics.
• Experience in launching hardware and software products.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols, device ecosystems, and cloud/mobile integration.
• Strong understanding of user experience and product-market fit.
• Experience working with teams across design, firmware, and testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Matter or voice assistant integrations.
• Background in smart-device systems related to security, energy, or automation.
