Meta has announced the launch of AI Glasses Impact Grants. The program is designed to support US based organizations that are using Meta’s AI glasses to create positive social and economic impact through wearable technology.

The initiative includes two grant categories. Accelerator Grants are aimed at organizations already using AI glasses to scale their work while Catalyst Grants support new and innovative use cases built with the Meta Wearables Device Access Toolkit. Meta will award 25 Accelerator Grants ranging from USD 25,000 to USD 50,000 and five Catalyst Grants of USD 200,000 each. In total nearly USD 2 million will be distributed to more than 30 organizations and developers.

Grant recipients will also join the Meta Wearables Community which brings together researchers developers and innovators working with wearable technology. The grants build on real world applications already in use such as providing farmers with real time crop data supporting athletic trainers with hands free injury documentation and helping film students capture and plan footage more easily.

Applications for the AI Glasses Impact Grants are open until 9 March 2026.
