Motorola Solutions reported a solid Q2 for the period ending 30 June 2025, with revenue reaching $2.8 billion, up 5% from last year. The Software and Services segment led growth with a 15% increase, while Products and Systems Integration revenue remained flat.
GAAP earnings per share rose 17% to $3.04, while non-GAAP EPS climbed 10% to $3.57. Operating cash flow increased to $272 million, up $92 million year-over-year. Free cash flow also doubled to $224 million. The company ended the quarter with a record $14.1 billion in backlog.
Following the strong quarter, Motorola raised its full-year revenue, earnings and cash flow outlook. After the quarter ended, it also completed the $4.4 billion acquisition of Silvus Technologies.
