Neeraj Arora has been elevated to Field Chief Technology Officer – India Conglomerates at Dell Technologies, after serving as Sales Director & Chief Transformation Officer for nearly five years. At Dell, he has led IT and Digital Transformation initiatives across various domains, including multi-cloud management, Data Center Transformation, Digital Workplace, data modernization and AI, Cybersecurity, and Edge/IoT.
His earlier roles include Partner, Cloud Engineering and Partner, Deloitte Digital at Deloitte, where he co-founded practices focused on cloud, AdTech, MarTech, and IT/OT infrastructure transformation.
Before joining Deloitte, Neeraj Arora served as a Partner in Digital Transformation at EY, Managing Director for Asia-Pacific & Japan at Cisco Consulting Services, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. His earlier career included an engineering role at ABB, followed by leadership experiences at Internet and Mobile Association of India, B-Nest Incubation Center (Bhopal), and Mumbai FinTech Hub.
He holds expertise in cloud computing, IT strategy, digital transformation, and leadership across global technology and consulting giants.
