APPOINTMENT
Nilay Verma has been elevated to the role of Cluster Head – India & South East Asia at Hasbro, extending his leadership to Singapore and Malaysia alongside India. In this expanded role, he will oversee commercial and marketing operations across the region, driving strategic planning, financial performance, and market development.
Previously serving as Country Manager for Hasbro India, Nilay played a key role in delivering profitable growth and building a strong market presence. With over eight years at Hasbro, he has led national sales across traditional retail, modern trade, and e-commerce, establishing a solid foundation for the brand’s sustained success.
Nilay brings over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategy, having worked with General Mills, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Mondelēz International, and Asian Paints. An MBA from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, his appointment reflects Hasbro’s commitment to expand growth across South Asia with seasoned leadership.
