Nisar Naikoo appointed as Director Business Head Mainline at realme India

Nisar Naikoo has been appointed as Director Business Head Mainline at realme India. In this role he is responsible for building and expanding the Mainline business across the country. His work includes managing profit and loss, strengthening go to market execution, growing the brand and building strong sales and distribution networks. He focuses on practical operating models that support steady growth and closer channel partnerships in competitive consumer electronics markets.

Before this role he held senior leadership positions at HONORTECH where he served as Chief Operating Officer and also worked in multiple leadership roles at realme. Earlier in his career he worked with Samsung India Electronics Limited, Idea Cellular Ltd, Tata Teleservices and Exide Industries Limited. Across these roles he gained experience in sales leadership, distribution strategy, brand development and market expansion across different regions.
